Vietnam exported USD 475 billion of goods in 2025, up 17 percent year-on-year. The economy is one of the fastest-growing in Asia. The factory base is mature, the quality infrastructure was built over two decades of supplying global brands, and the prices stay competitive against China for most categories.
What you get from working with us
You see the factory invoice. Always.
We charge a commission on the order value, agreed upfront and in writing. We do not mark up factory prices. Every invoice from the factory passes through to you exactly as the supplier issued it.
We live in Vietnam. We hunt the right supplier for you.
Based in Ho Chi Minh City with direct factory access. We dig through our network to find the right manufacturer for your spec, then negotiate price and terms on your behalf.
Hundreds of vetted suppliers across consumer categories.
Our supplier network covers hospitality and furniture, footwear, cashew, rice, spices, hair products, consumer goods and packaging, and textiles. We focus on consumer-facing categories that move through retail and distribution at scale.
Pre-production, during, and pre-shipment.
Sample approval before the order goes into production, in-line inspections during the build, and a pre-shipment check at the factory loading bay before your container leaves. You see what is in the box before it sails.
Legal recourse you can actually reach.
Sourcd is a US-incorporated company with operations in Ho Chi Minh City. Buyers contract with the US entity, which means your commercial agreement sits under US contract law rather than Vietnamese commercial jurisdiction. A meaningful difference if anything ever goes wrong.
Pay per deal. No monthly minimums.
We do not lock you into retainers, annual contracts, or sourcing minimums. Our commission is on actual orders you complete with us. No order, no fee. Test the relationship with one container before you commit to a sourcing program.
How we work
No long onboarding. No retainers. Send us a brief, we run the sourcing, production, and quality control work, and your container is ready to leave the factory.
Product, quantity, target landed price, destination port, timing. The more specific you are, the faster we can come back with a real number. Inquiries go via the form, WhatsApp, or email.
We propose 2 to 4 vetted Vietnamese factories that match your spec, with sample lead time, MOQ, and a quality read on each. Every supplier is checked against Vietnamese business registration records so you know you are dealing with the actual manufacturer, not a broker or a shell.
You see the factory invoice, separately from our commission. No bundled pricing, no hidden margins. You pick the factory you want to move forward with.
We negotiate factory terms in Vietnamese, handle the contract, the deposit, the payment milestones, and coordinate sampling. You sign once the spec and price are locked.
Pre-production sample approval, during-production inspections with photo and video reporting, and a pre-shipment inspection at the factory loading bay before the container is sealed. We stay on the relationship until the goods are ready to leave the factory. Your freight forwarder handles shipping, port logistics, export documentation, and customs clearance from there.

Common questions
For most product categories, Vietnamese factory prices are broadly competitive with comparable Chinese factories. What you gain on top is diversification away from China-specific political and tariff risk, and a supplier base that has been the production engine for major Western brands for over two decades. Most importers we work with are not replacing China entirely, they are adding a second sourcing leg.
We charge a commission on the order value, agreed upfront and in writing. We do not mark up factory prices. Every factory invoice passes through to you exactly as the supplier issued it. We share the commission percentage at the quote stage based on category and order size.
Send us reference photos, a competitor product, a description, or the target price and we will work backwards from there. Vietnamese factories are used to building from references. We translate what you have into a brief the factory can quote against.
From signed contract to your destination port: typically 60 to 120 days, depending on category and order size. Sampling and production lead times vary by category. Shipping from Vietnam varies by destination: typically two to three weeks to most Asia-Pacific and Middle Eastern ports, three to five weeks to Africa, Europe, North America, and Latin America. We share the realistic timeline upfront.
Who we are
Most importers buying from Asia get routed through trading middlemen who hide their margin inside the factory invoice. We built the alternative. Sourcd is a multinational team based in Ho Chi Minh City, with direct access to Vietnamese factories on a transparent commission.
