We give importers direct access to Vietnamese factories, on a transparent commission. We find the right manufacturer for your spec, verify the Vietnamese business registration, coordinate samples, negotiate price and contract terms on your behalf, and run quality control across pre-production, during production, and pre-shipment at the factory loading bay.
Where our scope ends: physical shipping, freight booking, port logistics, export documentation, and customs clearance sit with your freight forwarder, not with us. The handoff is when the sealed container leaves the factory.
Every factory we recommend has been screened for quality, capacity, and reliability. We do not pass through unverified suppliers and call it sourcing.
We do not sit between you and the factory invoice. The price you pay the factory is the price the factory quoted, no markup, ever. Our commission is the only line item we earn on.

Our team
Sourcd is run by a multinational team based in Ho Chi Minh City. Between us we hold Eritrean, Norwegian, American, Ethiopian, and Canadian passports, with global ties and a deep understanding of cross-border trade. We chose Vietnam because the manufacturing base is one of the strongest in the world, and the transparent-commission model was missing from the agencies already operating here.
We are small by design. We would rather be on every quote and every inspection than scale into the kind of agency that loses track of its own deals.
Sourcd is a US-incorporated company with our operations team based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Buyers contract with the US entity, which puts your commercial agreement under US contract law rather than Vietnamese commercial jurisdiction. The operating team sits within a 2-hour drive of the largest footwear, furniture, and cashew processing clusters in the country, plus the Mekong Delta rice belt, and a short domestic flight from Hanoi and the central Vietnam factory regions.
We do not operate out of buyer-market offices, by design. Our value is on-ground in Vietnam, where the factories are. What we bring to your market is the network and the language to talk to buyers directly, regardless of where they sit.
